Embark on a delightful culinary adventure with my Mediterranean Plant-Based Cooking Series!
Join me in my home in Atherton, on Fridays, September 20th, October 11th and October 25th from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM. Our day will be filled with plant-based recipes, nutrition & meal planning insights, and the vibrant flavors of the Mediterranean. This hands-on class culminates in a sit-down, group meal so we may savor our culinary creations and connect with one another. Beginners to advanced chefs welcome. Don't miss this opportunity to explore the art of healthy cooking and experience the essence of Mediterranean cuisine.
Cost: $175/session or $475 for all three. If you are attending multiple sessions, please register for each session separately.
