About the event
Each day you choose how you want to move (yoga, jog, weight training, bike, dance, etc.) or a minimum of 10,000 steps. Break up the 30 minutes throughout the day or complete all at once - there's a lot of flexibility in terms of what you do and how you organize getting your movement in. Invite others to join and build your own accountability group. You'l l receive weekly encouragement, energizing recipes and wellness tips throughout the month to keep you going. For Bay Area California participants there will be a culminating 4.5 mile hike and celebration at Wunderlich Park in Woodside, January 31 at 10am.
